Depending on the form, OneAuto may collect your name, email address, mobile number, province, city, vehicle interests, shopping timeframe, story or question, concierge needs and consent choices. Forms also include source and landing-page fields to help OneAuto understand how a request arrived.
Information is used to respond to the request, send requested member updates, offers and promotions where consent is provided, and support a concierge conversation where consent is provided. Your details are not sold.
Email consent is separate from optional matching consent. You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time. To withdraw a consent choice or request access to your information, use the contact page and state the email address used for the request.
A story or question is never published unless the optional publication consent is selected. If it is published, OneAuto may edit for length and use only the contributor's first name and province.
This is a launch privacy overview. OneAuto should obtain Canadian privacy and anti-spam compliance review for the final production policy, retention, service providers and double opt-in workflow.
