What Canadian shoppers ask

The questions Integra shoppers bring to the showroom.

Drawn from 1,030 comments on MotorMouth's Integra videos posted since 2023 on the MotorMouth YouTube channel. Question themes sit apart from verified vehicle facts and help prepare a more useful test drive.

01

What does it cost?

Price and value come up in 257 comments on MotorMouth's Integra videos, more than any other theme. MotorMouth's October 2026 notes list the 2026 Integra A-Spec at $44,922, the Elite A-Spec at $50,422 with either the CVT or the six-speed manual, and the Type S at $62,147, all including freight, PDI and fees. Taxes and licensing are extra.

Ask for the all-in price of the exact trim and colour in writing.

02

Which trim should I choose?

The cabin and features come up in 165 comments. The A-Spec and Elite A-Spec share the 200 hp 1.5-litre turbo; the Elite A-Spec adds features such as the available 16-speaker ELS Studio 3D audio, head-up display, a 12-way power driver's seat with memory, a power passenger seat and heated rear seats, according to MotorMouth's notes. No Integra offers ventilated front seats.

Sit in the A-Spec and Elite A-Spec back to back and decide which of the extra features you would use every day.

03

CVT or manual?

The transmission comes up in 90 comments. The 1.5-litre Integra comes with a CVT, and the Elite A-Spec can also be ordered with a six-speed manual with a limited-slip differential, at the same price. The Type S is manual only, with rev matching. MotorMouth's notes call Honda's six-speed manual one of the best.

If you are considering the manual, drive it in city traffic as well as on an open road.

04

What is the Type S like?

Engine and power come up in 141 comments. The Type S has a 320 hp 2.0-litre turbo, a limited-slip differential, adaptive dampers, Brembo four-piston front brakes, a wider body and 19-inch wheels on summer performance tires. MotorMouth's notes describe it as a more grown-up alternative to a Civic Type R. It does without driver seat memory, a power passenger seat, a moonroof and heated rear seats, which some other Integra trims offer. One Type S owner wrote: "I wanted a manual transmission vehicle with power/performance with current tech"

Plan for a second set of wheels with winter tires, and check that the missing comfort features do not matter to you.

05

How much fuel does it use?

Fuel economy comes up in 24 comments. MotorMouth's notes give the 1.5-litre Integra 8.0 L/100 km (29 mpg US) city and 6.3 L/100 km (37 mpg US) highway, and the Type S 11.1 L/100 km (21 mpg US) city and 8.3 L/100 km (28 mpg US) highway. Premium fuel is recommended for the Type S.

06

How practical is it?

The liftback opens to 688 L (24.3 cu ft) of cargo space, and the rear seatbacks split 60/40, according to MotorMouth's notes and Honda Canada. One viewer pointed out: "The Integra/Civic has a large back seat."

Bring something bulky you carry often and load it through the liftback.

07

Is it ready for a Canadian winter?

Winter driving comes up in 50 comments. Every Integra is front-wheel drive. Heated front seats and a heated steering wheel are standard in Canada. Ground clearance is 130 mm (5.1 in), or 102 mm (4 in) on the Type S, and the Type S comes on summer tires.
