The 2027 CLA Electric is a new compact electric sedan on Mercedes-Benz's MMA platform, with an 85 kWh battery and an 800-volt system. The CLA 250+ has rear-wheel drive and 268 hp, and the CLA 350 4MATIC has two motors and 349 hp, according to Mercedes-Benz Canada. Mercedes-Benz Canada gives an estimated range of up to 602 km (374 mi) for the 250+ and 502 km (312 mi) for the 350 4MATIC, using Natural Resources Canada guidelines, and says certain Premium configurations of the 250+ are eligible for the $5,000 federal EV incentive. Every CLA comes in the Premium trim, with Exclusive and Pinnacle packages. A mild-hybrid CLA was shown in other markets, but Mercedes-Benz Canada lists only the electric sedan.
